Chisel

Here we introduce chisel in detail: There are 40Cr and 42CrMo materials for chisels. And there are blunt type, moil type, conical point type, V-wedge type and H-wedge type.
Moil chisel: has strong penetrating power to break the surface.
Wedge chisel: more suitable for processing some high hardness rocks and layered concrete.
Blunt chisel: generally used for secondary crushing, large to small pieces, not easy to slip.
Slotted chisel: Slotting is conducive to the easy removal of gas from the head of the drill rod, so that there will be no vacuum gas at the front end of the drill rod to prevent the drill rod from cutting into the ore.

Middle cylinder material is 20CrMo forged, front head and back head use 20Cr and we can update the material too. The bolt and bushes use 40Cr heat treatment materials, and piston use 40CrNimo and 616V materials. And we use NOK seal kits for all hydraulic breakers.
